Aims

The Journal of Management Prospective (JMP) aims to advance management knowledge by publishing original, high-quality research that is theoretically grounded, methodologically rigorous, and practically relevant. JMP seeks to bridge academic inquiry and real-world management practice, connecting scholars, educators, and practitioners across disciplines.

The journal is committed to fostering inclusive scholarship — welcoming diverse methodological approaches (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods), interdisciplinary perspectives, and contributions from researchers at all career stages and from all geographic regions.

What JMP Does Not Publish

JMP does not publish: pure opinion pieces or editorials without empirical or theoretical grounding; work previously published in full elsewhere; manuscripts that do not fall within the management and organisational studies domain; or work that does not meet basic standards of academic rigour, ethics, and scholarly writing.
