Format your manuscript per JMP style requirements — double-spaced, Times New Roman 12pt, APA 7th references. Remove author details for blind review. Review our manuscript preparation guide.
Review Submission Guidelines
Check that your work falls within JMP's scope and meets word limits. Read the full submission guidelines before proceeding.
Register & Submit
Create an account on the OJS portal (or log in if you have one), then complete the five-step online submission form. Upload your manuscript file and any supplementary materials.
Track Your Submission
After submission, log back into OJS at any time to monitor the status of your manuscript through desk review, peer review, and editorial decision stages.

Double-blind peer review. Typically two independent reviewers per submission. Target decision within 8–10 weeks.
Review process →Pre-Submission Checklist
- Manuscript is within scope of JMP (management, organisational studies, innovation, strategy)
- All author details removed from manuscript file (blind review)
- Abstract of 150–250 words with 5–7 keywords
- Manuscript does not exceed word limit for the chosen article type
- References formatted in APA 7th edition
- All figures and tables are numbered, labelled, and cited in text
- iThenticate or Turnitin similarity report below 20% (excluding references)
- All co-authors have approved the submission
- ORCID iDs listed for all authors (strongly encouraged)
- Conflict of interest declaration included in cover letter
